Main Duties
Team Leadership: Hire, train, coach, and motivate sales representatives to reach goals.
Sales Planning: Set individual and team quotas, and design short- and long-term sales strategies.
Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze sales data, and report progress to senior executives.
Market Analysis: Study consumer behavior, track competitor actions, and spot new business prospects.
Cross-Functional Work: Partner with marketing to improve lead generation and with finance to set pricing and budgets.
Core Requirements
Education: A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
Experience: Typically 3 to 5 years of proven experience in sales, plus previous supervisory or team-lead experience.
Hard Skills: Robust data analysis capabilities, financial literacy for budgeting, and proficiency with CRM software (like Salesforce or HubSpot).
Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, transparent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
