Job Role: UG/PG Counsellor

Experience: 1–5+ Years

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹65,000 in-hand + incentives

Job Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:
Counsel students for UG and PG courses only.
Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
Understand students’ academic profiles and recommend suitable UG/PG programs.
Follow up with prospective students and guide them through the admission process.
Convert leads into admissions and achieve monthly targets.
Maintain accurate student and lead records.
Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams.
Build strong relationships with students and parents.

Requirements:
1–5 years of experience in UG/PG education counselling or admissions.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.




Good knowledge of UG/PG courses and the admission process.
Target-oriented with solid follow-up and conversion skills.
Proficiency English Speaker.
Candidates with proven admission conversion records will be preferred.
