Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Noida, with some flexibility for remote work.

The Senior Admissions

Counselor will engage with prospective students, providing guidance on program options, reviewing applications, and supporting them throughout the enrollment process.

Responsibilities include conducting consultations with students, addressing inquiries, coordinating admission requirements, and fostering relationships with prospective students to enhance enrollment conversions.



The role also involves collaborating with team members to implement strategies that align with institutional goals.

Qualifications
Solid Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to connect with students and institutions effectively
Proficiency in Education Counseling and Sales, with the ability to identify and address student needs while promoting program perks
Background in Education or relevant experience in student counseling or academic admissions
Proficient in relationship building, consultative selling, and understanding of student recruitment processes
Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple applications simultaneously
Familiarity with CRM systems, data analysis, and admission management tools is a plus
Bachelor's degree preferred; an advanced degree or certifications in counseling, education, or related fields is advantageous
Prior work experience of working in College Dekho, College Vidya, Sunstone or any College as Admission Counselors is a must.
Minimum of 3 years work experience and entire into admission counseling is a must
