Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and energetic Sales Associate to join our retail store team. The role involves assisting customers, understanding their requirements, providing product information, and ensuring a smooth in-store shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and engage with customers visiting the store.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable eyewear products.
Explain product features, specifications, pricing, offers, and available options.
Assist customers in selecting frames, lenses, sunglasses, and other eyewear products.
Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
Support customers throughout the purchase process and ensure a positive shopping experience.
Generate and explain billing/invoice details to customers.




Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Maintain proper product display and store standards.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.

Skills & Qualifications
Customer-oriented attitude with valuable convincing and selling skills.
Basic knowledge of computers and billing systems.
Ability to work in a quick-paced retail setting.
Prior experience in retail, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
Freshers with good communication and a positive attitude can also apply.
