About the Role

We are looking for a smart, energetic and people-oriented candidate to work closely with our Sales Manager and support the sales process from the backend.

This is an chance to work with a premium brand, interact with clients and architects, understand the building and interiors market, and learn how premium projects are handled from enquiry to execution.

What You Will Do
Work closely with the Sales Manager on day-to-day sales support.
Handle Excel, PowerPoint presentations, databases and documentation.
Maintain client and project records, physical files and folders.
Follow up with clients and prospects for updates, information and appointments.
Make 25–50 outbound calls a day as part of regular follow-up activities.
Attend to visitors and walk-in customers at the showroom.
Organise and maintain product samples, catalogues and showroom displays.
Support the Sales Manager in preparing for client and architect meetings.

Who We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who is:
Confident and comfortable talking to people.




Energetic and able to stay productive throughout the day.
Comfortable making frequent phone calls and handling objections.
Organised and reasonably good with computers.
Comfortable with MS Excel and PowerPoint.
A quick learner who enjoys taking responsibility.
Extroverted, approachable and willing to interact with clients.

Candidates from similar background, or from telecalling, telesales, customer support, retail sales, field sales. Freshers and candidates with less than 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
