Key Responsibilities
Deliver practical and theory-based SAP HCM training.
Cover concepts as per the course curriculum and industry requirements.
Provide hands-on training with real-time examples and scenarios.
Guide students through practical exercises and doubts.
Maintain batch discipline and ensure timely completion of the syllabus.
Requirements
Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP HCM .
Prior training/teaching experience preferred.
Valuable communication and presentation skills.
Ability to explain concepts in a straightforward and practical manner.
Industry experience in SAP HCM will be an added advantage.
