Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Application Support Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce technologies and possess a strong understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, APEX, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Triggers. The role requires excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide support in a hybrid work workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide application support for Salesforce platforms, ensuring timely resolution of issues and minimal business impact.
Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related technical issues, including debugging APEX code, LWC, and Triggers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and optimize Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities.
Monitor system performance, conduct regular health checks, and implement improvements.
Perform data migration and integration activities,



ensuring data integrity and consistency.
Document technical issues, solutions, and best practices for internal knowledge sharing.
Assist in deploying current features or updates, ensuring alignment with business requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
8 years of experience working with Salesforce technologies.
Expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud platforms.
Proficiency in APEX, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Triggers.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills in a Salesforce setting.
Experience in Salesforce configurations, workflows, and customizations.
Familiarity with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and third-party tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Platform Developer).
Hands-on experience with deployment tools like Salesforce DX, Jenkins, or Copado.
Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies.
