Position: Senior Sales Coordinator

Experience: 12–15 Years

Preferred Industry: B2C – Chemical / Agriculture Business

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate closely with the sales team to drive sales generation and achievement of targets.
Monitor and follow up on accounts receivable and outstanding collections through the sales team.
Ensure effective credit control and adherence to customer credit limits and payment terms.
Coordinate invoicing and ensure timely and accurate billing.
Follow up on marketing activities, campaigns and promotional initiatives with the sales team.
Monitor and coordinate godown/warehouse stock management, including stock availability and movement.
Track and maintain records of sales promotion expenses and accounting.
Prepare regular sales, collection,



stock and activity reports for management.
Act as a coordination link between Sales, Accounts, Marketing and Godown/Operations teams.

Candidate Profile
12–15 years of relevant experience in sales coordination, sales operations or commercial functions.
Candidates from B2C Chemical, Agriculture, Agrochemical or related businesses preferred.
Robust experience in sales coordination, receivables, credit control, invoicing and stock management.
Positive communication, follow-up, coordination and analytical skills.
Robust proficiency in MS Excel/MIS and sales reporting.
