Role & responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at the township project site.
Monitor execution of civil works as per approved drawings, specifications and project schedules.
Coordinate and manage labour, contractors and subcontractors at site.
Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials and equipment.
Monitor construction quality and ensure work is completed as per required standards.
Check site measurements and coordinate with the Civil Engineer and Surveyor.
Supervise activities including excavation, PCC, RCC, masonry, plastering, roads, drainage and other civil works.
Maintain daily site progress reports and records.
Ensure timely completion of assigned work and project milestones.
Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for quick resolution.
Ensure proper safety practices and housekeeping at the construction site.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and project team for smooth site operations.

Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in civil construction and site supervision.
Diploma / ITI / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.




Experience in residential, township or large-scale construction projects preferred.
Solid practical knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
Good experience in labour management and contractor coordination.
Ability to read and understand civil drawings and site layouts.
Knowledge of construction materials, measurements and quality standards.
Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
Candidates currently based in Jaipur or willing to relocate to Jaipur preferred.
Candidates who can independently handle day-to-day site activities will be preferred.
