EV Charger Service & Installation Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated EV Charger Service & Installation Engineer to manage the installation, testing, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and breakdown service of DC EV Chargers across India. The engineer will be responsible for both project execution and after-sales service, ensuring timely completion of installations and prompt resolution of customer complaints while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Install, test and commission DC EV chargers at customer sites.
Attend breakdown complaints and diagnose electrical, hardware, software and communication faults.
Perform firmware/software updates using a laptop and service tools.
Carry out preventive maintenance and replace faulty components as required.
Verify power supply, earthing, networking, CMS/OCPP connectivity and charger performance.
Coordinate with customers, site teams and internal technical teams for timely closure.
Submit service/installation reports, photographs and daily status updates.
Follow electrical safety and quality standards at all sites.Role & responsibilities

Educational Qualification
Diploma in Electrical/Electronics
B.Tech / B.E.



(Electrical / Electronics / EEE / ECE)

Experience:
0 - 5 years in:
EV Charging Infrastructure
Power Electronics
UPS

Fresh candidates with robust electrical troubleshooting skills may also be considered for junior positions.

Candidate Requirements:

Handle both installation and service assignments.
Travel extensively across assigned locations.
Work under pressure to meet project timelines.
Communicate professionally with customers.
Prepare technical reports.
Follow all electrical safety procedures.
