– IT & Systems Administrator

Location: Thykoodam, Kochi

Department: Administration / IT

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Working Days: Monday – Saturday

Salary : 25K – 30K

Key Responsibilities
Manage and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, projectors, smart TVs and other IT equipment.
Maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches and internet connectivity.
Manage and troubleshoot biometric/attendance systems.
Support institutional software, email accounts, cloud systems and digital platforms.
Provide first-level IT support to faculty, staff and students.
Maintain CCTV, access-control and other technology-enabled systems.
Handle software installation, updates, licences and system access.
Coordinate with IT vendors, service providers and AMC partners.
Maintain IT asset records, warranties and service contracts.
Ensure regular backups, system updates and basic cybersecurity practices.




Identify recurring issues and recommend technology improvements.

Requirements
Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Applications, Electronics or related field.
Relevant experience in IT Support / System Administration / Network Administration.
Valuable knowledge of Windows, hardware troubleshooting, networking, Wi-Fi, biometric systems and printers.
Robust troubleshooting, communication and vendor coordination skills.
Hands-on, proactive and capable of taking end-to-end ownership of IT operations.

Immediate joiners apply Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
