Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end procurement of IT products and services.
Sourcing , negotiating and procuring IT hardware, software, cloud services, licenses, networking equipment, and related services.
Source vendors, obtain quotations, evaluate bids and negotiate commercial terms.
Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery.
Manager vendor relationships, contracts , renewals and SLA compliance.
Coordinate with IT, Finance and stakeholders to understand procurement requirements.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and maintain accurate procurement records.
Monitor market trends to achieve cost savings and process improvements.
