Responsibilities: Agentforce & AI Solution Engineering
Design, build, and deploy Agentforce agents, Topics, and Actions tailored for marketing automation and customer engagement workflows.
Configure Prompt Builder and integrate LLM-assisted decisioning into customer journeys and agile messaging.




Connect Agentforce with Salesforce Data Cloud and external APIs to supply real-time context and ground AI actions safely.
Establish guardrails, testing protocols, and compliance standards for AI-generated interactions.

Data Architecture & System Integrations
Design relational data schemas, Data Extensions, and customer profiles to support real-time AI decisioning and segmentation.
Build REST/SOAP API integrations, microservices, and webhooks connecting SFMC with internal backends, CDPs, and enterprise systems.
Write intermediate-to-advanced SQL queries (JOIN, GROUP BY, string/math functions) for data transformations in Automation Studio and Data Cloud.

Development & Technical Execution
Build dynamic, personalized logic using AMPscript, Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS), and frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Develop custom CloudPages, interactive forms, and API-triggered entry sources in Journey Builder.
Troubleshoot complex data flows, API failures, and agent execution paths using root-cause analysis.

Qualifications: Bachelor's/master's in IT or Computer engineering (4 Years)
