Job Requirements*
Develop and maintain customer communication templates using Smart

Communications (SmartCOMM).
Design agile, data-driven templates for documents such as statements,

letters, and notifications.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Perform template testing, debugging, and optimization for performance and accuracy.
Support integration of SmartCOMM with backend systems using basic Java knowledge.
Assist in deployment and workplace management using AWS services.
Troubleshoot issues related to document generation and formatting.
Ensure compliance with branding and regulatory standards in all communications.
Participate in code reviews, documentation, and best practice implementation.
4+ years of handson experience with OpenText SmartCommunications / GMC

Inspire
Solid experience in template design, rule configuration, and data mapping
Proficiency in SmartCOM Designer, Content Author, and Control Center
Working knowledge of XML, XSD, XPath, XSLT
Good understanding of document composition, formatting, and output management
Experience in batch and ondemand document generation
