Morris Matrix (MXT International Pvt. Ltd.) is looking for a confident, energetic, and people-oriented Trainer to join our growing team.

Role Overview

As a Trainer, you will travel with our team to colleges and educational institutions and deliver Job Readiness & Interview Preparation Training to students.

The company will provide the training curriculum, guidance, training materials, and methodology required for the role. Your responsibility will be to learn the framework and deliver engaging and effective sessions to students.

The training will focus on:
Interview preparation and interview techniques
How to approach and answer interview questions
Communication and professional speaking
Self-introduction and personal presentation
Body language and interview etiquette
Resume and interview readiness
Building confidence for interviews
Mock interviews and feedback
Professional and workplace readiness

What we're looking for
Robust communication and presentation skills
Confident public speaking ability




Energetic and engaging personality
Ability to connect with and manage groups of students
Good interpersonal and people-management skills
Willingness to learn and follow the company's training methodology
Skilled attitude and strong sense of responsibility
Willingness to travel with the team
Passion for mentoring and developing people

Internship

2-Month Internship | ₹20,000/month stipend

Successful completion of the internship may lead to a full time opportunity.

Role: Travel-Based | Flexible Location

Company-Supported Travel The role involves travelling with the Morris Matrix team to different colleges and institutions for training sessions.

All official travel required for company assignments will be arranged and covered by Morris Matrix.
