Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Soft Skills Trainer to deliver engaging training sessions that enhance participants' communication, interpersonal, and workplace skills. The trainer will help learners improve their confidence, professionalism, and overall employability.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct training on communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
Deliver sessions on presentation skills, personality development, and workplace etiquette.
Train participants in time management, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Conduct activities, role plays, and group discussions to enhance learning.
Assess participant performance and provide constructive feedback.




Prepare training materials and submit reports as required.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Solid knowledge of soft skills and employability training.
Ability to engage and motivate diverse groups of learners.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual training platforms.

Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Certification in Soft Skills Training, Learning & Development, or Behavioral Training is preferred.

Experience
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in soft skills, behavioral, or corporate training.
Experience delivering training for students, job seekers, or working specialists is preferred.
