We are looking for a dynamic Sr. Tender Executive to handle event-related tenders, government procurement processes, and sales documentation. The role requires solid coordination, documentation, and client-handling skills to support business development.

Preferred Background:
Good working knowledge of BOQ preparation (technical + financial bid documents)
Prior experience in the event management / exhibition industry

Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify upcoming tender prospects for events




Analyse technical eligibility criteria for event infrastructure projects
Prepare and upload technical/financial bid documents (BOQ)
Attend site visits and pre-bid meetings; client liaison for clarifications
Manage online/offline tender submissions, EMD and refund tracking
Coordinate with internal technical teams for event requirements
Draft work orders and contracts post tender award
Handle vendor registration and compliance documentation
Respond to client inquiries and prepare event proposals/presentations
Support client negotiations and meetings

Skills Required:
Solid knowledge of government tenders & compliance documentation
Good command over BOQ preparation for event/infra projects
Proficient in E-tendering platforms
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines under pressure
