Requirements:
2–3 years of proven experience in Real Estate Sales (Sourcing & Closing)
Robust communication & negotiation skills
Ability to generate walk-ins through cold calling, site visits & channel partners
Target-driven with a robust closing track record
Two-wheeler preferred for site visits

Responsibilities:
Generate qualified leads & walk-ins through sourcing activities
Conduct site visits and client meetings
Handle end-to-end sales closing process
Coordinate with channel partners & builders
Achieve monthly/weekly sourcing & closing targets
