Key Responsibilities:

Program & Project Management
Manage end-to-end delivery of critical engineering programs and projects from initiation through closure.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and execution frameworks, ensuring alignment across teams.
Drive cross-functional collaboration between engineering, SRE, QA, platform, and product teams to achieve delivery milestones.
Provide transparent and consistent status updates across multiple communication channels and organizational levels.
Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies; lead technical task forces to resolve blockers efficiently.
Track program KPIs and success metrics, ensuring measurable outcomes and continuous performance improvement.
Balance cost, quality, and delivery priorities while maintaining alignment with business objectives.

Stakeholder Communication & Coordination




Serve as a trusted partner for engineering leadership, product management, and support teams.
Facilitate effective inter-team coordination to ensure clarity of priorities and timely execution.
Translate complex technical concepts into transparent, actionable communication for diverse stakeholders.

Process Improvement & Governance
Act as a champion of program management best practices, ensuring standardized methodologies across engineering.
Continuously evaluate and refine project management processes, tools, and reporting mechanisms.
Drive a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability within engineering programs.
Surface insights and recommendations to improve the PMO's efficiency and project delivery outcomes.
