We are looking for a hands-on Finance & Compliance Executive to manage day-to-day financial operations of a growing startup. The role requires solid execution skills in accounting, payroll, statutory compliance, and coordination with external auditors and consultants.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, MIS, reconciliations, and cash flow.
Ensure timely statutory and tax compliance, including GST, TDS, income tax, PF, ESI, and other applicable requirements.
Support payroll processing and labour law compliance.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for audits and regulatory requirements.
Ensure adherence to internal financial controls, policies, and corporate governance standards.
Coordinate with auditors, chartered accountants, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
Monitor client billing, vendor/publisher payments, receivables,



and financial reconciliations.
Support budgeting, financial planning, and management reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or commerce.
5+ years of experience in finance and accounting.
Experience in the affiliate marketing or digital marketing industry preferred.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar ERP/accounting platforms.
