Key Responsibilities
Create, edit, and publish Reels/Short-form videos.
Manage and maintain Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube accounts.
Understand and analyze social media insights, reach, engagement, views, and audience behavior.
Plan and execute regular social media content.
Stay updated with current social media trends, formats, and viral content.
Create basic graphics and social media creatives.
Monitor content performance and suggest improvements.
Schedule and manage posts using Meta Business Suite.

Required Skills
6 months–1 year of experience in Social Media Management.
Positive understanding of Instagram, Facebook & YouTube.
Basic video editing skills for Reels/Shorts.
Basic knowledge of Canva.
Familiarity with Meta Business Suite.
Understanding of Instagram and Facebook analytics/insights.
Creative mindset with positive attention to trends and content quality.
Valuable communication and organizational skills.

Added Advantage: Experience with CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, or other basic video-editing tools.
