Critical Success Factors:
Qualification:BE / BTECH (Electrical / Mechanical / Chemical with Industrial Safety Diploma / Masters in Industrial Safety from a recognized institution).
OR BE / BTECH Safety Engineering.
OR any other equivalent qualification.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in an FMCG company.
Core Responsibilities:Supporting the Health and Safety head in defining and deploying Health and Safety Programs in the respective cluster at TCPL.
Executing and implementing all Health and Safety Measures across TCPL Offices, Factories, and Warehouses in the respective cluster.
Ensuring secure operation without any H&S; issues affecting the business.
Creating and developing an H&S; Culture across all sites and offices in the respective cluster.
Partnering with location SPOCs and leaders to develop and implement strategies, policies, and services to improve health and safety standards.
Conducting safety/environmental training/presentation/programs for different types of activities for all categories of employees/Workers.
Developing H&S; strategy and a roadmap for businesses to attain the Zero Harm goal.
Ensuring compliance with existing H&S; Policies and developing programs to achieve best-in-class H&S; standards.
Conducting safety audits, inspections, safety committee meetings, and preparing reports on incidents, providing statistical information to senior management continuously.
Tracking and monitoring H&S-related; corrective actions identified from risk assessments.
Owning and delivering all projects related to H&S; in the respective cluster at TCPL.
