Customer • Explain products clearly (tiles, bathware, cladding) with correct usage guidance • Assist customers in selection based on design, budget, and application 2️⃣ Product Presentation &





Experience • Ensure samples are arranged properly and reflect a premium brand image 3️⃣ Enquiry, Quotation &
Order Coordination • Record all enquiries accurately in Excel/CRM and manage CRM efficiency • Follow up with customers until enquiry → quotation → order conversion 4️⃣ Target Achievement &
Conversion • Work towards assigned monthly sales targets • Focus on enquiry conversion and value-based selling 5️⃣ Coordination &
Reporting • Share daily enquiry status, follow-ups, and sales progress with management *Follow up with architects, builders and retails clients to maintain valuable relationships. 6️⃣ After-Sales Support (Showroom-Level) • Support customers with order status, delivery updates, and basic issue resolution • Escalate concerns to seniors when required
