Key Responsibilities
Lead or participate in identifying solution options and features for Pega RPA applications.
Work closely with client teams to provide technical solutions and guidance for complex business challenges.
Develop RPA and RDA bots using Pega RPA across websites, desktop applications, mainframe emulators, ERP, CRM, and other enterprise applications.




Design and develop robotic automation solutions using Pega Robot Studio.
Create and maintain robotic automation scripts and assets.
Test, debug, manage, and deploy automation solutions using Pega Robot Manager.
Monitor bot performance and troubleshoot production issues.
Communicate solution options to business stakeholders and Architecture Review Boards.
Assess future BOT and infrastructure expansion from technical and business perspectives.
Ensure solutions align with enterprise technology standards, frameworks, roadmaps, and architecture.
Act as Technical Design Authority across multiple projects and remain involved throughout the complete delivery lifecycle.
Mentor RPA/Pega teams and review technical work.
Drive quality governance and ensure adherence to development best practices.
Identify root causes of complex production-level architecture issues and provide practical technical solutions.
Design effective deployment procedures.
Propose creative solutions for complex business problems.
Work within an Agile/SCRUM development setting.
