Role Overview

We are seeking a strong Senior SailPoint ISC Developer to design, develop, customize, and support enterprise identity governance solutions using SailPoint Identity Security Cloud. This is a hands-on engineering position focused on lifecycle automation, provisioning, reconciliation, workflows, APIs, and custom solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and configure SailPoint ISC solutions for enterprise identity governance.
Build Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) workflows and identity lifecycle automation.
Develop custom workflows, rules, integrations, and reusable components.
Implement identity aggregation, reconciliation, provisioning, and de-provisioning processes.
Develop automated retry and recovery mechanisms for failed synchronization and provisioning.
Implement access profiles, roles, lifecycle states, and governance processes.
Support role governance, access certification, and compliance requirements.
Integrate SailPoint with enterprise applications, HR systems, directories, cloud platforms, databases, APIs, and file-based systems.




Develop custom engineering solutions where native SailPoint capabilities do not meet requirements.
Troubleshoot provisioning, aggregation, reconciliation, performance, and synchronization issues.
Participate in code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, defect remediation, and production stabilization.

Required Skills
Solid hands-on SailPoint ISC development experience.
Identity lifecycle management and JML automation.
Aggregation, reconciliation, provisioning, and de-provisioning.
Access profiles, roles, workflows, and role governance.
REST APIs, JSON, and integration development.
Java/BeanShell or equivalent SailPoint development experience.
Active Directory / LDAP and enterprise application integrations.
Solid debugging and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
SailPoint certification.
SailPoint IIQ experience in addition to ISC.
Cloud IAM experience.
CI/CD and DevOps experience.
Experience developing reusable SailPoint components.
Experience with audit/compliance reporting.
Experience supporting large enterprise SailPoint implementations through production stabilization.
