Job Title: Telecaller – Automobile Workshop

Experience: 1–3 years in telecalling/customer service, preferably in an automobile workshop or service centre.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Telecaller for our automobile workshop to handle customer calls, service follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and customer coordination. The candidate should have valuable communication skills and be comfortable handling customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
Follow up with customers regarding vehicle servicing, repairs, and maintenance.
Schedule and confirm service appointments.
Inform customers about upcoming service due dates and vehicle maintenance requirements.
Follow up on service enquiries, estimates, and pending repairs.
Coordinate with the Service Advisor and workshop team regarding customer requirements.
Maintain accurate records of customer calls, appointments, and follow-ups.
Contact customers after service to collect feedback and satisfaction ratings.
Handle customer queries professionally and escalate complaints to the concerned team.




Support customer retention through regular follow-up calls.
Update customer information and call details in CRM/DMS/Excel.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and customer follow-up targets.
Maintain professional communication and good customer relationships.

Required Skills
Good Hindi and English communication skills.
Positive telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM/DMS.
Valuable follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to handle customer complaints patiently.
Target-oriented and confident personality.
Automobile/workshop experience will be an advantage.

Education 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

Preferred Candidate: A confident, polite, customer-focused candidate with experience in automobile service/workshop telecalling, customer care, or service follow-up. Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
