Ideal candidate profile
1–3 years of telecalling, inside sales, counselling, recruitment, or customer conversion experience
Robust Malayalam communication; English/Hindi is an advantage
Confident and persuasive communication
Comfortable making 50–100+ calls/day
Able to handle objections such as:
“I will think about it.”
“I don't want to pay a service charge.”
“Send the details on WhatsApp.”
“I will call later.”
“Can you guarantee a job?”
Valuable follow-up discipline
Basic computer/CRM knowledge
Target-oriented and comfortable with incentives
