Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Team Supervision: Assign daily tasks, guide workers, and manage performance for onsite electricians and plumbers.
Quality & Safety Checks: Inspect installations to make sure they follow blueprints, technical drawings, and local safety laws.
Project Coordination: Work with project managers, builders, and other contractors to keep work on schedule.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and fix complex electrical or plumbing system failures on site.
Inventory & Reporting: Track needed materials, manage equipment, and write daily progress reports.

Job Requirements
Education: Diploma or ITI in Electrical Engineering, Plumbing, or a related trade field.
Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in construction or facility maintenance supervision.
Technical Skills: Robust knowledge of electrical circuits, pipe systems, and blueprint reading.
Soft Skills: Valuable leadership, transparent communication, and problem-solving abilities.
