Design Drama is seeking a talented and experienced Motion Graphic Designer and Video Editor to join our creative team. As a Motion Graphic Designer and Video Editor, you will be responsible for creating engaging and innovative videos for a variety of projects. You will work closely with our creative team, collaborating on concepts, storyboards, and design elements to bring our clients' visions to life.

Responsibilities
Create high-quality motion graphics and video content for a variety of projects, including social media, advertisements, and web content
Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and develop creative ideas and design elements that align with the client's needs and objectives
Edit and refine existing video content, including color grading, sound design, and visual effects
Manage and maintain project timelines and ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in video and motion graphics technology

•Ensure all work produced meets the quality standards of Design Drama and our clients
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to the creative process





Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure clear understanding of project objectives and expectations

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree/Diploma in a related field such as graphic design, animation, or film production
2+ years of experience in motion graphics and video editing
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator
Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Positive attitude, solid work ethic, and attention to detail
