Location : Gurugram, Haryana
Roles and Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end import/export and international order management across USA, MEA, SEA and SA regions.
Process distributor orders, verify inventory across China/Dubai warehouses, generate PIs and coordinate payment/credit confirmation.
Coordinate with 3PL warehouses, freight forwarders, shipping lines and customs agents for picking, packing, booking and shipment execution.
Prepare and manage PI, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, BL, AWB and other export/shipping documentation.
Monitor shipment status, resolve delays/damages/claims, coordinate customs clearance and ensure timely GRN and delivery.
Prepare MIS reports, reconcile warehouse/freight invoices and drive freight/customs cost savings while maintaining shipment TATs.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
