Project Manager - Infra Projects setup- Designation- Senior Manager level

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end interior project execution for call centers and office spaces.
Review architect-prepared layouts and BOQs to identify, evaluate, and finalize suitable vendors for interior fit-outs.
Lead vendor negotiations and supervise project implementation.
Oversee execution of interior works along with electrical, air-conditioning, and UPS systems, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and internal stakeholders for seamless project delivery.

Required Skills & Experience:
Solid experience in office interior projects, with knowledge of electrical, HVAC/AC, and UPS systems.
Proven expertise in vendor management, and project supervision, or prior hands-on experience in executing interior and related works.
Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and adherence to timelines.
Open to international travel for project implementation.

Location
Base Location: India Noida or Bangalore
Global travel required for execution of projects.
