Job Summary: We are looking for a Senior/Lead Business Analyst with robust expertise in the Lending domain to drive end-to-end project delivery, manage client interactions, and handle requirement lifecycle activities. The candidate should be capable of independently driving discussions, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring smooth delivery execution.

Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end BA activities for lending projects.
Gather, analyze, and close business requirements.
Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, and functional documents.
Independently manage client discussions and stakeholder expectations.
Coordinate with Product, Development, QA, and Delivery teams.
Support UAT and ensure successful project execution.

Mandatory Skills
6+ years of Business Analyst experience.
Solid experience in Lending domain.
End-to-end delivery ownership.
Requirement gathering and closure expertise.
Client handling and stakeholder management.
Solid communication and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience in Leasing domain.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
