Job Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates for US IT requirements.
Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
Conduct candidate screening and initial interviews.
Work with different sourcing channels to build a strong candidate pipeline.
Understand US IT recruitment processes and US tax terms such as W2, C2C, and 1099.
Coordinate interviews, offers, negotiations, and closures.
Maintain candidate information and recruitment records in the ATS.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Meet recruitment targets and timelines.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree.
1–3 years of recruitment experience, with at least 6 months of exclusive US IT Recruitment experience.
Valuable understanding of US IT recruitment and tax terms.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
Valuable sourcing and candidate screening skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and ATS.
