Review and screen resumes according to client requirements.
Conduct initial candidate screening and telephonic interviews.
Evaluate candidates based on skills, communication, work authorization, availability, and overall suitability.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Negotiate compensation and assist with offer acceptance and closure.
Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS/CRM systems.
Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
Coordinate onboarding documentation and joining formalities.
Work closely with Account Managers and Business Development teams to fulfill client requirements within SLA timelines.
Ensure adherence to US Staffing and Healthcare recruitment processes and standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
