Job Summary

Location: Noida

Work Timings: 10.00 am to 7.00 pm

Work Days: Monday to Saturday (two Saturdays off in a month, after probation)

Responsibilities
Manage daily product operations and execution
Coordinate with tech, product, sales, training and customer success teams
Track product usage, feedback and improvement areas
Support product rollout across associated schools
Create easy SOPs, checklists and process documents
Share user feedback and business requirements
Test current features before rollout

Requirements
Minimum qualification B.Tech /B.E. in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electronics / Aerospace/Industrial Design studies is mandatory
2+ years of experience in product operations, implementation or product coordination
Managerial or team coordination experience
Robust communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets, dashboards, CRM, LMS or project tools
EdTech experience preferred
