Position: US IT Recruiter Intern

Experience: MBA Fresher

Location:Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities
Source IT candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and recruitment databases.
Understand and work on US IT job requirements.
Conduct initial candidate screening and collect basic information.
Communicate with candidates through calls, emails, and messages.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
Maintain candidate details and recruitment trackers.
Learn US staffing concepts such as W2, C2C, 1099, and work authorization.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Eligibility
MBA graduate with good communication skills.
Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year experience can apply.
Basic understanding of IT technologies is an advantage.
Willingness to learn US IT staffing and recruitment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
