Responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution
Support Department Head and Business teams in preparing project execution plans considering capacity, priorities, and timelines.
Actively participate in contract review meetings to align execution schedules and deliverables.
Monitor and track project execution progress against plan; raise timely alerts to mitigate risks and ensure achievement of FTR (First Time Right) and OTDIF (On-Time Delivery In-Full) targets.

Automation Software and Regulatory Compliance
Ensure all automation software (PLC, HMI, SCADA) meet regulatory compliances including 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, and GAMP 5 guidelines.
Validate and verify that automation deliverables align with organization standards and customer requirements.
Drive standardization and master software development for PLC, HMI,



and SCADA systems.
Manage and maintain master codes and documents with proper change and version control procedures.

Customer and Installation Support
Provide technical support to customers during installation, commissioning, and validation phases.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for troubleshooting and ensuring smooth handover of automation systems.

Documentation and Reporting
Prepare and maintain project-related documentation for audits, validations, and internal compliance checks.
Contribute to continuous improvement in automation design and execution processes.
