Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating with prospective customers/candidates, understanding their requirements, providing relevant information, and maintaining proper follow-up.

This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and experienced candidates with positive communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers/candidates from the provided database.
Explain company services, products, or job opportunities clearly and professionally.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
Follow up with leads through calls and messages.
Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, follow-ups, and outcomes.
Generate and qualify leads based on defined requirements.
Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Coordinate with the sales/recruitment team for qualified leads.
Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.
Update customer information and call status in CRM/Excel.




Provide regular reports on calling activities and lead progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers can apply; prior telecalling, sales, customer service, or recruitment experience is an advantage.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Positive Hindi and English communication skills.
Confident and pleasant telephone manner.
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Ability to convince and influence customers professionally.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel.
Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
Robust follow-up and negotiation skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
