Psychology behind why people watch a reel till the very end!

This role is not for someone who simply adds transitions and music. This is for someone who understands rhythm, hooks, pacing, storytelling, and internet culture.

Basic Requirements -
At least 1 year of experience editing reels, ads, or short-form conent
Ability to understand the emotion behind a campaign - not just footage.
Someone who knows when to keep things past, when to slow down, and when silence works better than effects.

A portfolio is a brownie point! Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
