We are looking for a US IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting IT professionals for US-based clients.

Responsibilities
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, Monster, and other job portals.
Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
Check work authorization, location, availability, and salary/rate expectations.
Submit qualified candidates to clients.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
Maintain candidate information in the ATS/CRM.
Negotiate salary/rates and assist with the offer process.
Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.

Requirements
Valuable knowledge of US IT recruitment.
Understanding of W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring.
Basic knowledge of US work authorizations.
Valuable knowledge of Boolean search.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in the US night shift.
Freshers with positive communication skills and interest in US IT recruitment can also apply.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
