Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Store In-Charge to manage the day-to-day operations of the store.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily store opening and closing activities.
Ensure the store achieves daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
Supervise and coordinate the sales team and allocate daily responsibilities.
Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming and discipline.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries or complaints professionally.
Monitor stock availability, inward and outward stock movements and stock accuracy.
Ensure proper product arrangement and visual merchandising as per company standards.
Maintain cleanliness and overall presentation of the store.
Monitor billing, cash handling and daily sales reports.

Requirements
Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Degree preferred.
2+ years of experience in retails managerial role or a similar role preferred.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a team.
Basic communication skills

Package: 15000-20000 Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per hour
