Testing &
Commissioning Lead The following are the major tasks involved in Testing &
Commissioning and Integrated testing & commissioning of High Speed rail project having the Shinkansen technology, but not limited to - Complete accountability & responsibility of Testing &
Commsioning Active participation in finalization of Testing &
Commissioning methodology and strategy of OHE, PSI, MV/LV &
MEP works as per contract along with RTRI, JE, NHSRCL, EIG Inspectors.

Attending

Meetings with JE/NHSRCL, Vendors, Internal stake holders &
RTRI, EIG inspectors as required for T&C; Active coordination and interface required for T&C; for PSI, MV/LV works &
MEP works with Engineering and Site Construction team, Interface, Quality &
Safety Managers, JE / NHSRCL, Utility offices.



Review and approval of EIG documents/ Testing &
Commissioning method statements/ Other documents related to Testing &
Commissioning. Planning, Scheduling and executing of Testing &
Commissioning work for MS-4 and MS 3.1 To ensure the timely completion of Testing &
Commissioning for MS-1 & 3.1 in line with target set by Employer Responsible for deciding the Testing agencies for Renting/Leasing T&C; equipment.

Coordinate &
Complete recruitment of Testing Engineers. If needed, decide to rope small agencies to address gaps in T&C.;
