Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Plan and coordinate flights, hotels, trips, and travel services.
Coordinate with hotels, airlines, DMCs, transport and other vendors.
Manage booking changes, cancellations, and on-trip issues.
Provide proactive updates and ensure a seamless premium customer experience.
Follow SOPs and escalate issues when required.
Use AI-assisted tools to improve workflow and service delivery.

Requirements:
16years of experience in travel, itinerary, or customer operations preferred.
Robust communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
Valuable travel planning and attention to detail.
Robust ownership and ability to work under pressure.
Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends and nights.
Passion for travel and delivering personalized customer experiences.
