Job Summary:

We are looking for a Data Support Executive with strong data understanding and hands-on experience in SQL, Python, and Excel VBA automations. The role involves supporting business and operational teams through data handling, automated reporting, issue resolution, and explicit communication with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Data & Operational Support:
Support day-to-day data and reporting requirements for business and operations teams.
Handle data extraction, validation, and reconciliation from multiple sources.
Assist in identifying data issues and coordinating resolution with relevant teams.

Automation & Efficiency:
Execute, monitor, and maintain existing automations developed using:
SQL
Python
Excel VBA
Make minor enhancements or fixes to automation scripts and macros as needed.
Automate recurring operational and support reports to reduce manual effort.

Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Ensure reports are accurate, timely, and aligned with defined formats.
Maintain documentation for reports, automations,



and support processes.

Communication & Coordination:
Act as a point of contact for data-related support queries.
Communicate clearly and professionally with internal stakeholders.
Escalate issues appropriately and provide regular status updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Skills:
Very valuable understanding of data concepts and data handling
Working knowledge of
SQL (queries, data checks, basic automation)
Python (running and understanding automation scripts)
Excel VBA (executing and maintaining macros)
Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivots, data validation)

Communication & Soft Skills:
Decent verbal and written communication skills
Good coordination and follow-up abilities
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a support-oriented, process-driven workplace

Education:
Bachelor's degree in:
Any graduate discipline with strong data exposure
Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics preferred

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in operations, MIS, or data support roles
Exposure to BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
Experience working with repetitive data processes and SLAs
