Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day technical activities at the residential project site.
Review architectural, structural, MEP, and other technical drawings.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and site teams.
Ensure construction work follows approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor quality of materials and workmanship.
Identify and resolve technical issues and site problems.
Coordinate inspections, testing, and approvals.
Monitor project progress and support timely completion.
Review contractor work and ensure compliance with project standards.
Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, regulations, and safety requirements.
Support project planning, cost control, and material requirements.
Lead and guide engineers, supervisors, and technical staff.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
