Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter – IT Staffing to drive end-to-end hiring for IT roles across contract and full-time positions. The role requires strong expertise in sourcing, stakeholder management, and closure-driven recruitment in a rapid-paced staffing environment.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT roles (C2H)
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social platforms, and referrals
Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver quality candidates
Drive offer closures and ensure high offer-to-join conversion ratios
Handle multiple requirements simultaneously with quick turnaround time
Maintain accurate data in ATS and ensure process compliance
Mentor junior recruiters and support team delivery where required





Mandatory Skills
5–8 years of experience in IT staffing / recruitment
Strong experience in contract / C2H hiring (Domestic)
Proven track record of closures and meeting hiring targets
Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
Good understanding of IT skills and technologies
Robust communication and stakeholder management skills

Valuable to Have
Experience working with MSP / VMS models
Exposure to ATS tools (e.g., Ceipal)
Ability to handle client-facing roles
