Role: Reconnect with our existing agents through outbound calls and motivate them to restart and grow their business with us.
Key Responsibilities
Call existing/inactive agents from the database
Understand why they have stopped doing business
Re-engage and motivate them to restart
Explain current business prospects, products & support available
Follow up regularly and convert inactive agents into active business partners
Maintain proper call and follow-up records
Experience: Telecalling / Telesales / Insurance preferred Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply ttractive Salary + Performance Incentives
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
