Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, machinery, and equipment to ensure smooth production operations. The candidate should have experience in industrial electrical maintenance and a robust understanding of electrical safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment and machinery.
Diagnose and rectify electrical faults in CNC machines, VMCs, compressors, pumps, and other production equipment.
Maintain electrical panels, motors, drives, PLCs, sensors, and control circuits.
Monitor power distribution systems and ensure uninterrupted power supply.
Carry out routine inspections and maintenance activities as per maintenance schedules.
Ensure proper documentation of maintenance activities and breakdown reports.
Coordinate with production teams to minimize machine downtime.
Follow electrical safety standards and company maintenance procedures.
Support installation and commissioning of current machines and equipment.
Maintain spare parts inventory related to electrical systems.
Experience
2–5 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance.
Experience in CNC/VMC manufacturing environments is preferred.
Required Skills
Knowledge of electrical circuits, PLCs, VFDs, sensors, and industrial automation.
Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics.
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Positive communication and teamwork abilities.
Salary As per company standards and experience.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
