We are looking for a Sr. Sales Manager for our Dehradun branch.

The ideal candidate should
have solid leadership, communication, negotiation, and sales-management skills, along with a positive understanding of the education/coaching industry.
Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual admission targets.
Drive student enrollments for various courses, programs, and batches.
Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of targets.
Oversee leads generated through digital marketing, walk-ins, referrals, calls, seminars, and other channels.
Ensure timely follow-up with prospective students and parents.
Identify and develop recent sources of student acquisition.
Build relationships with schools, colleges, educational consultants, and other relevant organizations.
Coordinate promotional activities such as seminars, career counseling sessions, open houses, scholarship tests, and education fairs.

This is full time role for Dehradun branch. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
