Telesales Executive

Telecalling & Lead Generation:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain immigration-related services.
Handle incoming enquiries and provide accurate information about available services.
Generate leads through telecalling and follow up with potential clients.
Understand customer requirements and identify suitable immigration service options.
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects.

Sales & Conversion
Convert qualified leads into customers through effective communication and convincing skills.
Explain service features, processes, requirements, and applicable charges to potential clients.
Handle customer objections and provide appropriate responses.
Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Customer Relationship Management




Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Provide timely updates and assistance throughout the sales process.
Address basic customer queries professionally.
Coordinate with the concerned team for further processing when required.
